ATTENDANCE POLICY:
In order to secure your category, members must attend a minimum of 75% of meetings
~ Online (18 out of 24)
~ Face2face (9 out of 12)
Falling below this attendance requirement may mean your seat is opened to others.
AUTO BOOKING:
Members are AUTOMATICALLY booked into the next months event on 1st of the month. From this date you have 7 days to opt out of the meeting, you will then be billed for the meetings you are booked in for.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
As a fully flexible network group, we do not have any set referral requirements. We only ask that you conduct all business dealings with integrity, commitment and honesty. Any conflicts that may arise within the group are put to the leadership team for resolution, whose decision is final.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Membership has a 14 day cooling off period, you may cancel for a full refund before this time.
After this period, annual fees are non-refundable. Membership will automatically renew in 12 months. Should you not wish to renew, please inform us in writing at least 14 days before the renewal date.
